Do I need to sell Christmas lights?
No. Share your personal link or hand over your referral card. Homeowners choose whether to contact us, and our team handles their questions and quote.
How does the QR code track a referral?
Your QR code opens your installation referral link. That visit is remembered for 90 days. When the homeowner submits their details, their email is connected to your account for eligible future purchases. An existing customer attribution is preserved.
When do I earn, and how do I get paid?
Commission is 10% of eligible collected revenue. Our team verifies payment and the eligible amount before approving earnings. You can then request Zelle or ACH payment in your dashboard. Requests are reviewed and processed by our team; submitting one does not make an immediate transfer.
Can I start referring right away?
Yes. Creating your account signs you in and opens your dashboard immediately with active referral links. No approval is needed to join. Request a payout as soon as you have approved earnings.
What do real estate agents need to know?
Obtain any required brokerage authorization and disclose compensation when sharing your link or card. Participation must comply with applicable brokerage and referral rules.

Program terms
Version September 24, 2026. Accounts activate immediately on registration. The commission rate is 10% of eligible, collected product and installation revenue after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, handling charges, refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, and unpaid quotes. No earnings are guaranteed.
The first valid referral link is remembered for 90 days. When the customer submits a quote or begins checkout, their email is associated with that partner for future eligible purchases. A later link does not overwrite an existing customer association. Cross-device purchases, different email addresses, or offline introductions need team review and evidence. Self-referrals and duplicate claims are not eligible. Purchases predating the referral are not automatically credited.
Commissions remain under review until collected payment, eligible revenue, and attribution are verified. Installation invoices need a review of their eligible amount. Partial refunds and disputed payments are held for reconciliation. Payouts are handled manually after review; a dashboard balance does not mean funds have been sent. Request Zelle or ACH payment from your dashboard after earnings are approved. ACH setup is arranged privately with our team; do not submit bank account details here. Refunds after payout may reduce future balances.
Real estate agents must obtain any required brokerage authorization and confirm that the specific referral arrangement is permitted. Do not offer compensation tied to a real estate closing or settlement service. Disclose your financial relationship clearly when recommending TX Merry Lights. Brokerage permission alone does not override applicable restrictions.
Use accurate claims and publicly appropriate promotion. No unsolicited mass messaging, misleading earnings claims, impersonation, or promotion under our name without permission. We may suspend abusive accounts and investigate disputed attribution. Contact our team to resolve attribution or account-access issues.
We store account details, referral records, and commission history to administer this program. Referral cookies are first-party and expire after 90 days; customer associations persist for repeat attribution. Partner dashboards do not expose customer contact details. See our privacy policy.
