Website terms
These terms cover use of the TX Merry Lights website, quote planner, and customer-project experience. Project-specific scope and service terms will be presented with the custom quote or service agreement.
Quote requests are not purchases
Submitting an address, preferences, or contact details creates a request for review. It does not guarantee availability, set a final price, reserve an installation date, or create an obligation to purchase.
Custom quotes and payment
Every inquiry receives a custom quote based on the property and requested display. TX Merry Lights does not publish one-size-fits-all pricing, has no minimum project price, and does not require a deposit. Current payment methods are credit card, debit card, or Zelle. The accepted quote controls the final amount, scope, and payment timing for that project.
Measurements, mockups, and estimates
Remote measurements and visual mockups are planning tools based on available imagery and customer-provided information. Roof access, hidden elevations, field conditions, requested changes, or inaccurate information may require the scope or price to be adjusted before work begins.
Seasonal service
Installation, in-season maintenance, and removal are included in the current service model, and the customer stores the lights after removal. Response expectations, exclusions, access requirements, and other project details will be stated in the accepted quote or service agreement.
Customer project access
You are responsible for keeping the secure link to your project private and for providing accurate contact and property information. Notify TX Merry Lights if you believe project access has been compromised.
Address lookup
Address suggestions use Google Maps Platform and are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another customer’s project, upload unlawful or malicious content, interfere with the service, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable burden on the system.
