This policy explains what TX Merry Lights collects through the quote and customer-project experience and how that information is used.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the contact details, service address, lighting preferences, project notes, timing, and optional property photo you choose to provide. Customer project records may also include mockups, quotes, schedules, approvals, and service requests.
How we use it
We use this information to identify and measure the property, prepare a custom lighting design and quote, communicate about the project, schedule and perform service, provide in-season maintenance and removal, and protect the operation of the website.
Property photos and secure project links
Property photos are stored for project design and service purposes. A customer project is accessed through an unguessable secure link. Anyone with that link may be able to view the project, so keep it private and contact us if you believe it has been shared unintentionally.
Address suggestions and mapping
Address suggestions are provided by Google Maps Platform. Text entered into the address field and the selected place may be processed by Google to return matching locations. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only on public marketing pages that describe TX Merry Lights and its services. Analytics is disabled on quote, account, customer-project, and administrative pages. We do not send Google your service address, contact or form entries, property photos, secure project links or tokens, URL query strings, or other customer-project details. The limited technical information sent from public pages helps us understand which services and service areas visitors find useful. Google processes that information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Service providers
We may use hosting, storage, mapping or aerial-imagery, communications, payment, and analytics providers to operate the service. They receive information only as needed for those functions and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
Retention and choices
We retain project information only as long as reasonably needed for quoting, installation, recurring seasonal service, legal obligations, and business records. Where applicable, you may ask us to update or delete information by emailing team@txmerrylights.com or calling (832) 302-3311.
