Processing and delivery

Paid orders normally arrive 2–3 business days after ordering. This estimate includes order preparation and carrier transit. Orders placed on weekends begin their business-day count on Monday; holidays begin the count on the next business day. Weather, carrier interruptions, remote destinations, supplier availability, and address problems can occasionally extend delivery.

Shipping cost

Product orders of $350 or more receive free commercial FedEx Ground shipping throughout the United States. A Ground shipping charge applies to orders below $350 and is shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address, before payment. There is no separate order-handling fee.

Checkout still validates the exact products, quantities, package weights and dimensions, delivery region, address, and freight limits before payment. This keeps oversized or freight-only packages from being accepted under a parcel-shipping promise. The shipping amount shown in checkout is the complete Ground shipping charge.

Tracking and delivery

We email tracking information as soon as our supplier makes it available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and for monitoring the shipment after delivery. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem.

Supplier fulfillment and split shipments

We manually purchase paid merchandise from our fulfillment supplier, which may ship directly to you. Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages or on different days. Separate packages do not create an additional shipping charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Address changes and delivery problems

Review the delivery address before paying. We cannot guarantee an address change after supplier purchasing or shipment preparation begins. Contact us promptly about a missing, damaged, refused, or misdelivered package and keep all packaging while we review available carrier and supplier remedies.

Unexpected shipping delays

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised processing period, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the unavailable merchandise and issue the required refund.
